[Q-Bix: Lightning strike]

nice one

160 is actually a bit slow paced. my latest is at 165. This is a good track to jump to^_^. the beat goes nicely with the melodies. Dig the hat ride too.

good to chill out to... has an icy feel to it. the beats are subtle and that build-up sample really helped to augment it. Good job on this.

Nice

I'm not a huge fan of hip-hop now as compared to back in the days (early 90's late 80's era). It's chill fo sho. Although the pipe effects need to be toned down some, this is a bangin track.

Liked it, it's in the library, nined and foured.

It's rare I find a good funk track here in NG. My only gripe is the vocals need to be upped a little, but overall this rocked.

Not bad... however

I value my speakers... maybe if you toned down the kickdroms a bit, I wouldn't risk blowing them out. It needs to be stretched out a bit longer and the repetitiveness almost kills it. It's a good effort though.

Maybe it's just me, but the synths and bg keys reminded me of saturday morning cartoons... like the ones I had to wake up at 5:30 for an hour and go back to sleep because everything else sucked XD...

ANYWAY, this was put together nicely, needs to be a little longer though... that's my only gripe on that end with this type of genre. Great job.

Thanks! Yeah, it reminded me of some of Nintendo's kiddie-like melodies, and it was a rainy day when the idea came along, so I had to keep myself entertained : )

I picked up on the tempo almost immediately. hard hitting, fast paced and ORIGINAL... something that's rare nowadays, especially in the electronic genres. Keep this up.
